The 'WHY?' of Sola Gratia Coffee

Sola Gratia Coffee is the product of a collision. A collision between a love for coffee and the needs of the communities that produce it.

The local coffee producers are proud of their communities, their families and their farms. Strong people working to improve life for their children and their grandchildren. Many of these places lack clean drinking water. They may lack education/training. Or women who have no opportunity to provide for them and their children. Many lack basic medical care. These stories are personal, unique, and real.

A love for coffee is nothing compared to love for another human being. Every sip of Sola Gratia Coffee is a reminder of the human being on the other end of that process. Every sip a portion of your payment goes back to assist these communities in a way they believe is necessary. (We are working out the model to see how to have the greatest possible impact and still be sustainable!)

So have another cup. Give some as a gift, recommend to a friend or fifty on facebook. Put the bag out where you see it and think of these men and women and their community!
